Renting the Pool Area for Private or Neighborhood Events

Winston Manor homeowners may rent the pool area for private or neighborhood events after normal pool operating hours from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The cost is $50/hour plus an additional $3.00 for each non-Winston Manor guest. Contact the Pool Manager for rental inquiries. Neighborhood events should also be coordinated with the Association’s Social Coordinator.

Rental & Entertainment for Private Parties

All private parties must be scheduled through the pool manager. If scheduled during normal pool hours the cost will be $3.00 per non-resident attendee. Size of the party may be restricted depending on other ongoing activities. If scheduled during non-operational hours the cost will be $50.00 per hour plus $3.00 guest fee. The fee applies to all attendees regardless if they swim or not.

Entertaining Guidelines for All Pool Events

If you host an event at the pool, you are in charge and should be at the pool during the entire event. Please ensure that no glass is brought into the pool area. All guest must leave by 11:00 pm and all clean up activities completed. Host/hostess are responsible for ensuring the pool area is left in the same conditioned as rented.

Renting of Pool Furniture

Winston Manor homeowners may use pool furniture for private use. If you would like to use pool furniture, contact the Pool Manager. Furniture can then only be removed after 8:00 pm and should be returned the next morning before 12:00 pm, or prior to opening of the pool, to ensure no inconvenience to pool guests. Homeowner's are responsible for ensuring the furniture is returned in the same conditioned as borrowed.
