Winston Manor Homeowner's Association is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD) consisting of five members, each elected by the association members.

The Marcy family moved to Hudson in 1985. John is originally from Buffalo, New York and is a retired Colonel in the US Army.  He has performed the following roles:

  • Eastwoods School Swim Program Coordinator
  • Hudson  Community Ed & Rec Learn-to-Swim Coordinator,
  • certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor,
  • National Parks and Recreation certified Aquatic Facility Operator,
  • Pool & Spa Respresentative to the Summit County Board of Health License Council,
  • National Pool & Spa Certified Pool Operator,
  • fifteen years experienceas Aquatics Director or Pool Manager at various aquatic installations.
